Allison works at Radius Health as a Senior Director of Capital, Strategy, and Transactions. She serves as the Team Lead for CST initiatives in business development, capital planning, business modeling, investor relations, and other strategic corporate projects. Allison has nine years of experience working in corporate and business development, operations, and project management.
Prior to Radius, Allison was a Senior Director of Executive Team Strategy and Operations at Intarcia Therapeutics. In this role she was responsible for implementing strategic corporate imperatives and managing international alliance partnerships. She was on the deal team for company financings and contributed to the development of annual company strategy, budget, and long-range strategic planning. Allison joined Intarcia from Human Care Systems where she was Director, Project Management and Quality. Prior to Human Care Systems, Allison worked at Medtronic (formerly Covidien) holding increasing roles of responsibility within the Operations organization. Most recently she held the position of Corporate Engineering Project Manager and was responsible for managing capital investment projects at locations across Covidien’s global manufacturing portfolio.
As a student at Thayer, Allison served as President of the MEM Council and as a 2012 Senior Class Marshal, and was recognized with the Caroline Henderson Prize. As an alumna, Allison has served as a member of the Dean's Council, volunteered as a Class Agent for the Thayer School Annual Fund, and served as an Alumni Chair on the planning board for Thayer's 2017 Alumni Weekend.
