Biography

Rebecca is a Manager of US Market Fundamentals at National Grid, a leading natural gas and electric utility in the northeast U.S. and the United Kingdom. In her role, Rebecca provides internal expertise on developments in the wholesale energy markets throughout the regulated and competitive U.S. businesses.  Her insights are used to advise long-term strategic decisions as well as short-term investment opportunities.

Before National Grid, Rebecca spent a decade in energy consulting with The Brattle Group and Charles River Associates.  Rebecca provided support to utilities, independent power producers, and state/federal regulators in decisions related to wholesale and retail energy markets. She specialized in electricity market modeling and the effect of renewables integration on ancillary service markets.

Rebecca holds a Master of Engineering Management from Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth and Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University.
