Shaliesh Chandra is a global leader in the Customer Success Group at PagerDuty, where he focuses on Strategy for the Group, Business Value Realization for customers, and deriving Customer Insights based on data analytics & AI. Shaliesh has 20+ years experience in high-tech. Most recently at Salesforce, as part of the Business Value team he focused on identifying and quantifying the transformative value for large enterprise customers. Prior to Salesforce, Shailesh had multiple roles at Cisco, including Sr Dir of Strategy & Transformation in the Global Partner Organization, prior to taking on this role, Shailesh led the partnerships with the key India based partners. Other roles he has had at Cisco are Sr Dir of Business Development & Strategy of the Software Group, he was a founder of the Customer Business Transformation team in Cisco's Collaboration Group, and was part of Cisco's strategy consulting team. Shailesh's other experience includes VP US Operations at Evidian-Groupe Bull, and he was a member of the Communication and Information practice at Mercer Management Consulting/Oliver Wyman. Shailesh studied electrical engineering in India, and was a graduate of the first MEM class.
