My journey started with Mechanical Engineering. As I went deeper and deeper in my journey, I realized that although I love my major, there is something inside me that says: "You are not built for working with machines and systems, you are built to work with people!" After experiencing some management roles in different cases, I realized that the inner voice is not that wrong! So, I decided to add some management and people relationship experience to my career. This is where the idea of becoming an Engineering Manager was born!
