Viewing my career progression holistically, from building community projects as a student to revamping software for financial clients, I realized that the development logic and technical stacks remain mostly the same across projects. But, to create a game-changing product, I require more than technical prowess; perhaps the ability to formulate scalable business strategies, anticipate risks ahead of time and maintain peace-pace between cross-functional teams. I cannot think of a better course than Dartmouth College's MEM program to help me gain these techno-managerial skills. The curriculum focus on data analytics, product management, and entrepreneurship will help me further build my technical proficiency while also enhancing my business perspective, thereby enabling me to drive accelerated growth across organizations. The best-in-class internships and strong alumni network of Dartmouth will help me build connections, opening up several job opportunities. This will help envision my short-term professional goal of becoming a successful Product Manager.
